Pruksa is advancing its Wellness Residence concept by announcing the rebranding of its eco-friendly project from VON PLUS Recycling to the new identity PRUKSA GOOD TRASH, GREAT LIFE: Transforming Waste into Opportunities for Sustainable Living. This initiative collaborates with environmental partners Wasteby Delivery and Recycle Day to expand the green community efforts across 44 projects in Bangkok and its vicinity, encouraging residents to properly separate waste, accumulate points, redeem special privileges, and compete for prizes for the entities that create model recycling communities.

Ms. Angkana Likitjanyakul, Deputy Managing Director of Corporate Marketing at Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited, stated that PRUKSA GOOD TRASH, GREAT LIFE is not just a waste separation project but a significant step towards creating homes that promote well-being and are beneficial to the planet. This is made possible through the participation of residents and entities in Pruksa's 44 projects across Bangkok and its surroundings. This year, we have partnered with environmental allies like Wasteby Delivery and Recycle Day to develop a measurable recycling waste management model that benefits both the environment and the happiness of community members.

“PRUKSA GOOD TRASH, GREAT LIFE reinforces Pruksa's commitment to creating homes that care not only about the well-being of residents but also about building a good society that is healthy, peaceful, and environmentally conscious, ensuring that every life can thrive,” Ms. Angkana said.

This year’s highlight of the project is a point accumulation system for proper waste separation, allowing residents and entities to redeem points for prizes, cash, or various special privileges. Notably, the top three entities that collect the most recyclable waste will receive certificates of recognition and special gifts from Pruksa.

Additionally, Pruksa has designed three new types of recycling bins for glass bottles, plastic bottles, and film and stretchable plastics, focusing on convenience, durability, and aesthetics suitable for the lifestyle of the new generation.

Mr. Theera Thongwilai, Chief Executive Officer of Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited, stated that PRUKSA GOOD TRASH, GREAT LIFE is another strategy to drive Pruksa's ESG goals and to foster a new culture of recycling waste management starting from home, in a fun way with incentives and tangible results.

“We aim for residents to change their perspective on waste and see it as an opportunity to create well-being and a better quality of life in the long term. Last year, this project managed to collect over 2,300 kilograms of recyclable waste and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by over 8,200 kilograms of carbon dioxide. These achievements are possible thanks to the cooperation of all parties, especially Pruksa residents who recognize the value of small actions like waste separation in their own homes. This year, we invite residents from all 44 projects to join us in creating even greater results with the small power of everyone, whether it’s separating waste in their own homes or sharing this idea with neighbors, because we believe that when the community acts together, sustainable change can truly happen,” Mr. Theera concluded.
